Make space for what’s next under August’s New Moon by joining me for a gentle, grounding Meditation & Reiki Evening- a time to let go, set fresh intentions, and reconnect with your inner balance. You’ll experience gentle movement, calming breathwork, guided meditation, Reiki (hands-on or hands-off energy work to clear blockages and restore balance), journaling, tea and connection, and the insight of guidance cards.

I have only taken part in a handful of classes so far but I already see the benefits. I used to get short of breath doing everyday things like walking upstairs or carrying something heavy. I always thought it was just low fitness. Since doing the breathwork, I find I’m not as breathless. I’ve somehow reset my breathing, without realising how off it was before. The only change I’ve made is attending Emma’s breathwork classes and using the techniques throughout my day. I’d highly recommend trying one of her courses.
