Breathwork, known in yoga as Pranayama– Prana meaning life-force energy, and Yama meaning to control– is the practice of consciously working with the breath to shift how we feel in both body and mind. It reminds us that simply by changing our breath, we can calm ourselves or energise ourselves from within.
Breathwork became a turning point for me during a particularly stressful period in my life. I was experiencing constant headaches and even started losing my hair due to stress. After just two months of committing to a regular breathwork practice, my headaches became rare and my hair began to grow back. It helped me build awareness of where I was holding tension and gave me the tools to regulate my nervous system and support my overall wellbeing.
I offer both calming and balancing sessions, and stronger, activating breathwork (contraindications apply). My sessions run between 45 minutes to 1 hour, and are designed to help you pause, reconnect, and feel more present.
Each Session Includes:
Gentle movement to prepare the body and quiet the mind
A guided pranayama breathwork practice
Guided meditation and deep relaxation to help the practice fully settle
Optional time afterward to enjoy a calming cuppa and let the benefits of the session sink in with space to explore and deepen your understanding of the practice to bring it more fully into your everyday life
Benefits of Breathwork:
Calms the nervous system and reduces stress
Increases energy and focus
Supports emotional regulation
Encourages better sleep
Brings a deeper sense of clarity and connection
Creates space for stillness and inner calm

Yoga
Yoga isn’t about touching your toes or perfect poses. It’s a gentle practice that connects movement with breath- helping you feel more grounded in your body and calmer in your mind. It’s a way to slow down, release stress, and tune in to how you’re really feeling. In my sessions, it’s not about getting it “right”- it’s about showing up, moving gently, and creating space for yourself.
Yoga was the very first thing I turned to for self-care. In the early days of burnout, that one hour a week became my time- my permission to leave the house, breathe, and move. It wasn’t about doing it perfectly; it was simply space to pause. Over time, that hour became an anchor, helping me reconnect with my body and mind in a kind, supportive way. Yoga reminded me that I was allowed to take up space and that slowing down is not only okay- it’s essential.
I offer a gentle and inclusive approach to yoga, with a focus on connecting to the breath and creating space to slow down.
Journaling has been part of my life since I was a young girl. It gave me a safe space to express myself, organise my thoughts, and clear my mind. Over time, it became a powerful tool for self-reflection and emotional release.
When I later studied positive psychology, I learned how to adapt my journaling practice with a more intentional, positive focus. This balance—gently releasing what no longer serves while nurturing what uplifts- is now at the heart of the journaling sessions I offer.
Journaling is the practice of writing down your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and reflections. It can take many forms- from free writing to structured prompts or creative expression. No writing experience is needed- just a willingness to pause, reflect, and be honest with yourself.
Rooted in years of personal practice and grounded in positive psychology, my guided sessions combine thoughtful prompts with mindfulness techniques to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that supports your body’s natural ability to relax and restore balance. It helps clear energy blockages, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being- leaving many people feeling calmer, lighter, and more at ease.
I went for a Reiki session at a time when I was feeling stressed, ungrounded, and not quite like myself. It gave me space to fully relax and let go- a pause that felt deeply supportive and calming. In that stillness, I began to reconnect with myself and gently explore the areas of my life that felt out of balance.
Reiki helped me realise I had a choice: I could keep pushing through as things were, or I could start listening to my body- to that quiet inner knowing that had always been there, waiting for me to tune in. In those sessions, I felt truly heard, held, and supported. Reiki became a turning point- a reminder that I could trust myself and take steps toward feeling like me again.
As a Reiki Master, I offer 1:1 Reiki sessions in a peaceful space where you can relax, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Sessions are available in person or online, wherever you are.
I offer tailored wellness sessions for businesses, schools, community groups, and organisations looking to support the well-being of their teams or members.
Looking after your well-being has no age limit. I believe everyone deserves a space to step away from the demands and pressures of daily life- a space where you don’t have to do anything but simply be.
Whether in groups, workplaces, or community settings, I create a calm and welcoming environment where people can pause, find solace, and relax. It’s a place to breathe, recharge, and learn simple, practical ways to support your well-being- tools that you can carry with you beyond the session.
This space is about kindness to yourself, slowing down, and building habits that help you feel grounded and balanced, no matter what life throws your way.
