Yoga isn’t about touching your toes or perfect poses. It’s a gentle practice that connects movement with breath- helping you feel more grounded in your body and calmer in your mind. It’s a way to slow down, release stress, and tune in to how you’re really feeling. In my sessions, it’s not about getting it “right”- it’s about showing up, moving gently, and creating space for yourself.
Yoga was the very first thing I turned to for self-care. In the early days of burnout, that one hour a week became my time- my permission to leave the house, breathe, and move. It wasn’t about doing it perfectly; it was simply space to pause. Over time, that hour became an anchor, helping me reconnect with my body and mind in a kind, supportive way. Yoga reminded me that I was allowed to take up space and that slowing down is not only okay- it’s essential.
I offer a gentle and inclusive approach to yoga, with a focus on connecting to the breath and creating space to slow down.
“I had a wonderful sleep. My body feels great this morning- no stiffness getting up. Such a lovely class. I loved the 10 minutes at the end to just breathe, especially after a hectic weekend.” - After their first yoga class
You can book into a public class or schedule a private session for yourself or a group- whether it’s friends, family, your team, a community group, a hen party, or even the morning of a wedding- for a calm, collected start to the day.
